  I have been having really bad panic attacks over the last few years. It seemed to happen every time I went on a train or bus. I have been out of work for a while due to that fact I could not travel up to London for my then job. I unfortunately got made redundant from my job in London. I believe that my fear of traveling on trains and buses contributed towards the fact I was chosen for redundancy. I had not been able to get a job local and was really suffering with going out and traveling. Thanks to Richard and he understanding and patience. We worked through all of this and after a few sessions with Richard. I overcome my fear of traveling on trains and buses and have not had a panic attack since. Its a god send that I no longer have this issue. Many thanks to Richard for all his help. I would recommend him without doubt
