However, I had emails advising me of timeslot; I used the tracking number and followed the parcel on DPD's website (even had a name and photo of driver on there) and my parcel arrived at my door at the time stated. I call that good service so it gets 5 stars!
- Janice Parker Review added: 2018.08.16★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Parcel from Amazon was due to be delivered next day but when I tried to track parcel it was still at the depot and not even out for delivery. Status claimed customer had called to reschedule delivery which would now be 2 days later. I don't know who this person was but it definitely was not me. Previously they have claimed to leave cards for attempted deliveries which have been blatant lies. Why companies use this delivery service is beyond me as they must get numerous complaints about them. No point trying to speak to their customer service as they are always busy probably dealing with the numerous complaints. Avoid this company.
